The Firm
Attorneys and accountants working on the same case file
Estudio Tolentino & Asociados is a Peruvian firm of attorneys and accountants with more than a decade in the market. We advise companies and individuals on tax, customs, accounting, financial, labor, corporate, civil and criminal matters.

A firm that does not separate legal from accounting work
We were founded in 2013 with a simple conviction: the problems of a Peruvian company are rarely only legal or only accounting problems. A tax audit is won or lost in the accounting records. A poorly documented dismissal becomes a labor exposure and a tax adjustment at the same time. A corporate reorganization that is well thought out in legal terms can prove costly if no one measured its tax effect.
That is why we work with a multidisciplinary team of attorneys and accountants who review the same file from both sides. The client does not have to translate between their attorney and their accountant, or take the risk that neither of them sees the whole problem.
We serve clients from our offices in Miraflores, in Lima, and in Chilca, in Cañete: micro and small businesses, growing companies, importers and exporters, and individuals with tax, civil, inheritance, or criminal matters.

Mission
To provide legal, accounting, tax, and financial advice of verifiable technical quality, enabling our clients to comply with current regulations, reduce exposures, and make well-supported decisions about their business and their assets.
Vision
To be the Peruvian firm of reference in the integration of legal, accounting, and tax matters, recognized for the rigor of its work and for the closeness with which it supports its clients.
Seven principles that shape how we work
Integrity
We say what the case file can support, even when it is not what the client expects to hear.
Excellence
Every brief and every financial statement is supported by the regulations, the case law, and the documentary evidence.
Innovation
We bring in automation and analytics tools that reduce error and free up time for the work that does require judgment.
Professionalism
Deadlines met, fees agreed in writing, and clear communication about the real status of each case.
Confidentiality
Client information is handled under professional secrecy and with restricted access.
Efficiency
We look for the shortest and least costly route that resolves the problem at its root, not the one that generates the most billable hours.
Commitment
We take on the case as our own and answer for the outcome until the file is closed.
